Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock placement.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with management to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly reports, including productivity metrics and loss prevention data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and meeting performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
