Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and shipping
- Implement OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident workplace standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and SOP compliance
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity metrics and reduce operational costs
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
