Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes using provided WMS technology and scanning equipment
- Enforce OSHA safety standards with all provided PPE and safety equipment
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations using provided material handling equipment
- Implement lean principles to improve workflow efficiency with provided tools
- Conduct regular equipment inspections using provided diagnostic tools
- Generate performance reports using provided analytics software
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with equipment-heavy operations
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally (physical requirements provided)
- Experience with automated warehouse systems and provided technology
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
