- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Oversee daily receiving, storage, and shipping operations with 99.5% accuracy
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams to maintain seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct regular safety audits and OSHA compliance training
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
