Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff and daily operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Optimize inventory control systems and order fulfillment processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics execution
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Forklift and pallet jack operation proficiency
- Strong inventory management systems knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
