Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members to ensure peak performance and safety compliance
- Implement lean inventory management strategies to reduce costs and improve accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless supply chain flow
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA/EPA regulations
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory, generate reports, and optimize workflows
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
