Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on proper procedures and equipment usage
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate cycle counts
- Optimize workflow to maximize efficiency and meet productivity targets
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with transportation and inventory management teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate teams
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
