Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and manage team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring performance standards are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Develop process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven conflict resolution experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
