Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain a zero-accident work environment
- Optimize inventory control procedures using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet operational KPIs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
