Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Train and manage warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and utilization (all provided)
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA safety knowledge and compliance expertise
- Ability to lift 50lbs and operate provided equipment
- Associate degree in logistics or related field
