Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification required
