Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Train and mentor staff on proper equipment handling and procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain 99.5% order accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
