Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain organized staging areas and dock operations
- Inspect and report equipment/facility maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with day shift team for smooth transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience preferred
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
