Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse staff
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to achieve OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and Lean principles
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Proven experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Expert knowledge of inventory control and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
