Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 15+ warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and best practices
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99%+ accuracy
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and dock operations
- Train and develop team members on equipment usage and procedures
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with logistics team on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding productivity targets
