Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members in receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes using provided equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, WMS systems)
- Enforce strict OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with high-volume operations
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Expertise in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
