Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize space utilization and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct audits, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams for efficient supply chain integration
- Enforce OSHA compliance protocols and foster a culture of workplace safety
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operation License required
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
