Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control procedures using WMS systems to minimize errors
- Coordinate with transportation team to ensure on-time delivery schedules
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in distribution or fulfillment centers
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, SAP)
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
