Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead a team of warehouse associates through our paid development program
- Implement and optimize safety protocols compliant with OSHA standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for data-driven decision making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1-2 years warehouse experience (entry-level encouraged with paid training)
- Forklift certification (provided during training if not certified)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
