Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment and logistics coordination
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency gains
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in a distribution center
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
