Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Implement lean inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Train and supervise 10+ staff members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Prepare operational reports for senior leadership review
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and DOT regulations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume environments
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
