Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain within training period).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
