Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Conduct daily operations audits and implement process improvements
- Manage labor allocation and productivity metrics
- Train and develop team members through coaching programs
- Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution centers
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Ability to analyze KPIs and drive operational improvements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
