Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ warehouse staff to meet performance targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and productivity
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Hawaii's shipping regulations and customs requirements
