Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Train and manage 10+ staff members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S standards for operational excellence
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with proven leadership track record
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory control and process optimization
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma; associate degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
