Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse staff with performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory accuracy and implement lean practices
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics partnerships
- Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee equipment maintenance and facility management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume settings
- Strong proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling preferred
