- Optimize inventory control systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain accurate stock records
- Train employees on proper equipment usage (company-provided forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse software
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a safety-first culture
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (provided by company)
