- Manage 15+ person team across receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counting and WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Implement lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency by 20%+
- Conduct performance reviews and develop talent pipeline for warehouse staff
- Oversee equipment maintenance and fleet management for 50+ forklifts
- Generate daily KPI reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with automation systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials required
- Expertise in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven track record in inventory accuracy (>99.5%)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in warehouse reporting
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Experience managing teams of 15+ in high-volume operations
