Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Manage inventory levels through cycle counts and audits to minimize shrinkage and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and manage forklift certification programs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Valid forklift certification and material handling equipment operation licenses.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required by business needs.
