Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization and KPI tracking
- Exceptional leadership abilities with proven team development success
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
