Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members to ensure peak productivity and safety compliance
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Enforce OSHA standards and develop safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
- Analyze operational KPIs to drive efficiency and cost reduction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training completion
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and performance management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
