Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 15+ team members with performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage by 15%
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
- Train staff on WMS systems and material handling equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification and equipment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership in team development and KPI achievement
