Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control procedures using provided WMS technology
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs for provided machinery
- Generate and analyze operational reports to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
