Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and inventory management
- Implement and maintain lean practices to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
