Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 15+ staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage below 0.5%
- Coordinate with transportation teams for on-time delivery fulfillment
- Conduct weekly safety audits and corrective action planning
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift certification required
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck operation experience
