Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
