Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and lead 10-15 staff members on safety protocols and best practices
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct regular safety audits and OSHA compliance checks
- Optimize workflow using WMS software and lean principles
- Manage performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied climate conditions
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus
