Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and optimize stock placement.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Forklift certification and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain preferred.
