Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Manage and train a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement procedures to reduce shrinkage and improve stock accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and layout to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with transportation partners to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and forklift operations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
