Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and lead team members to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control procedures using provided WMS technology
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a safe work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (training provided)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks provided)
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
