The Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity targets are met.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies at all times.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with transportation partners and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision (minimum 3 years).
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
