Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Train new hires on equipment usage and warehouse procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Experience with inventory management software
