Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Train and supervise 10-15 staff members on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA Forklift Certification (provided if not current)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
