Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts using provided RF scanners
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols with provided safety equipment and PPE
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow using provided warehouse management software
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
