Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows using provided equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts with provided WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment and shipping
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements using provided analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with DOT and FDA regulations for equipment operation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
