Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certifications
- Verify product quality and quantity against pick lists
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to facility (for on-site training)
