Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations with provided electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage 10+ staff members in receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols for all provided warehouse equipment
- Optimize inventory control using our WMS and barcode scanners
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation scheduling
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and training
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with provided equipment
- OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift operator license
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with automated sorting systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
