Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage the scheduling of shifts and coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Conduct regular facility audits and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and peak season overtime.
