Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team performance through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment with provided equipment
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes using provided machinery
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (provided on-site)
- Basic math and inventory management proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
