Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure all equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.) operates safely and efficiently
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with equipment oversight
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven track record in inventory control and process optimization
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
